To get assistance by allowing ECPI Western Broadband to control your computer:

1. First, you will need to be on the phone with one of our representatives.
2. Next, when instructed, click on this link "ECPI ScreenConnect".
3. Our representative should have created a session with your name - click the "Join" button on the line with your name.
4. Typically, Windows will ask if you want to allow the program to download - select "Run" if you can, otherwise you'll have to run it after it finishes loading.
5. Now, you should see a box which says "Connected You have successfully connected to your session. Your host will typically operate the session.".
6. At this point, we can remotely access your computer - you will see things appear to be moving on their own.
